The basic terms for using HeartRise during the Early Access.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HeartRise, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.

2. What HeartRise Provides

HeartRise provides AI-powered recovery reflection tools, daily check-ins, recovery scores, progress tracking, recovery insights and supportive AI guidance.

3. Not Medical or Emergency Support

HeartRise is not a medical device, therapy service, crisis service or emergency support tool. HeartRise does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

If you are in danger, thinking about harming yourself or others, or need urgent mental health support, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support provider immediately.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use HeartRise and for any decisions you make based on platform content. You should seek professional support when needed.

5. AI Outputs

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for your specific situation. They are provided for reflection and informational support only.

6. Account Access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse HeartRise, including by:

  • Attempting to access another user’s data.
  • Interfering with platform security or availability.
  • Submitting illegal, abusive or harmful content.
  • Using the platform for emergency or crisis support.

8. Early Access

HeartRise is currently in Early Access. Features may change, break, be removed or be unavailable at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeartRise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
