HeartRise is an AI-powered Recovery Intelligence Platform designed to help users reflect on emotional recovery patterns after heartbreak, breakups and emotionally difficult experiences.
This Privacy Policy explains how HeartRise collects, uses, stores and protects personal information during the Early Access.

HeartRise may collect the following categories of information:

- Recovery assessment answers, recovery score, recovery level and related profile outputs.
- Daily check-in data, including emotional pain, anxiety, sleep, energy and thought loop ratings.
- Recovery protocol progress, completed days, streaks and engagement signals.
- AI interaction data, such as messages submitted to Sophia AI or the AI Coach.
- Technical data required for authentication, security and service operation.
3. How We Use Data
HeartRise uses personal data to:
- Provide authentication and account access.
- Generate recovery scores, recovery levels and recovery insights.
- Display recovery graphs and progress indicators.
- Create personalized recommendations and AI-generated guidance.

- Monitor Early Access engagement and platform performance.
4. Sensitive Recovery Data
Emotional recovery data may be sensitive. HeartRise treats this data with a high level of care and uses it only for recovery-related product functionality, user experience improvement and platform operation.

HeartRise may use AI systems to generate reflections, recommendations, summaries and guidance. AI outputs are informational and supportive in nature and should not be considered medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or emergency advice.

HeartRise uses third-party infrastructure and AI service providers, including authentication, database, hosting and AI API providers. These providers process data only as needed to operate the platform.

During Early Access, HeartRise retains account and recovery data for as long as needed to provide the service, improve the product and comply with legal obligations. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data.

HeartRise uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
